Circuit Riders, LLC is a technical development partnership owned and operated by Mary and Don Ecsedy.
Mary is an information design specialist whose experience includes technical writing, systems analysis and design, and website development. She is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication and a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter, with 12 years professional experience in software and website development in a variety of industries.
Don has 15 years experience in the financial services industry as an information design specialist responsible for the conversion of paper records and proprietary databases for online access on corporate intranets. Both Don and Mary are also former law librarians, a profession renowned for its attention to accuracy, useablity, and availability of information.

Craig Brozefsky is our Technical Director, with over 10 years experience building sophisticated web applications for universities and financial institutions around the world. He is a senior software developer for Northwestern University's Center of Connected Learning and Computer-Based Modeling. He also builds easy-to-maintain websites for artists and social services organizations.
Mary, Don, and Craig have known each other since 1992 and have worked together remotely on various projects since then both within and outside of Circuit Riders, including several online stores.
In 2004, on Craig's recommendation, Circuit Riders partnered with Dawn Design in Chicago for the development of the Archer Wire/McDonald's Restaurants online store. From the outset the partnership proved a success integrating the competencies of both organizations. Inspired by the experience, Circuit Riders and Dawn Design are expanding their partnership into additional projects.
Circuit Riders' core expertise is a unique blend of information design and rock-solid technical development. We specialize in creating practical, maintainable websites with clean, straightforward code.
Our basic method is to work in phases, starting with a solid technical foundation and information design. Each phase results in a complete and usable website, which then becomes the platform for future updates and the next phase of more complex development. Our phased method ensures that the website project is fully integrated with the client's business and workflow processes.
