The old Swingset Cartoon is one of our favorite pieces of 90's-era "cubicle art". We don't know who the author is, but we're forever grateful to them.
The cartoon illustrates the expensive mistakes that result when the user/client requirements and needs are not built into every step of a project. It's hysterically funny, especially if you've spent any time working on software development. But when you begin to translate each panel into the money that was wasted, it really isn't that funny anymore.
