What the User Wanted

Our process avoids costly mistakes by staying focused on users. We deliver what the user wanted, not what we think they wanted, or even worse – what we wanted.

This is one of our favorite pieces of "cubicle art". It depicts the expensive mistakes that result when user requirements and user needs are not built into every step of a project.
